Please collect support information as detailed at
https://grasehotspot.org/support/collecting-support-information/

Also, from the Grase Hotspot server, please perform some speed tests and
show us the results (https://github.com/sivel/speedtest-cli will probably
help).
Then, perform the same tests from clients and show us the results, ideally
Linux clients to make it easy to compare. Then we can see if it's upload or
download at fault, and if it's just clients, or also the server that is
having issues.
