I will ppreciate if you can tell me what is problem with my Internet speed.

As for the speed test, I can not managed to install speedtest-cli on my
debian. I have phythom3.2 installed but running the script a bunch of
errors. You can advice if this not Debian and how can I get installed on my
Debian.
