Sorry Alan. I've not worked on the Captive Portal for awhile so had
forgotten that it is translated, it's just forced to the same langauge as
the Admin interface.

I've found the extra strings that are missing from the captive portal and
they should now be on Transifex.

I've also pulled the latest translations, which will appear in the
nightlies in the next week or so. Let me know once you've got the German
translation complete (at least as complete as you need for now) and I'll
look at building 3.8.1 for release soon.

Also, in Transifex you show up as Josef, but Alan here? How to confuse me!
