Hi Tim,

I was not aware that the portal is not being translated at the moment.
For me (3.8), it is at least partly translated.
The portal is of more practical interest for me, as the administrators are 
proficient in English, but some customers are not.

The untranslated strings in the login pages are:

Most (but not all) of them can be found on transifex, but not in the German 
mo/po files installed in my system (dated oct, 20).

I started with the customer visible part, as it is of more interest to me, 
but I will continue with the admin interface soon.
