Thanks Tim, Sounds like you got your hands full at the moment.

We would use either USB or Network with Network as first preference. Logo 
is probably not so important for us on the ticket just the basic info e.g. 
Username, Password & Voucher Type. I think simplifying the printing process 
(direct print) would be a great feature.

Look forward to seeing the new Admin interface.
